Free Resizing Your Ring

At Caratina Jewelry, we want your ring to fit perfectly. If you ordered the wrong size, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

Ring Resizing Terms

  • We provide one complimentary resize within 12 months of purchase.
  • Includes free round-trip shipping within the United States.
  • For international customers, shipping fees apply.
  • After 12 months or for additional resizes, both resizing and shipping charges will apply.

Resize Limits

  • Complimentary adjustments are available for up to one size up or down from the original ring size.
  • If a resize beyond this range is needed, an additional fee may apply, or in some cases a new ring may need to be purchased depending on the design.

Engraved Rings

  • Resizing may distort or affect the engraving, and characters could become illegible.
  • You may choose to have the engraving redone for $30 (up to 20 characters).
  • Any excess metal or diamonds removed during resizing will not be returned or refunded.

Rings That Cannot Be Resized

Certain styles, such as eternity rings, full eternity engagement settings, and full eternity wedding or matching bands, cannot be resized due to their design. If a size adjustment is needed for these rings, a new ring will need to be purchased.
