U.S. Customers
We offer FREE return shipping on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
International Customers
We offer the same 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must insure the package for its full value.
Custom & Personalized Items
Personalized and engraved items are eligible for return, but please be aware that a return fee will be charged due to their custom nature.
How to Return Your Order?
1. Initiate Your Return
- Email our Customer Support team at Support@Caratina.com.
- Include your order number in the message.
- Write “Return” in the subject line for faster service.
2. Prepare Your Package
Condition Requirements
- Items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition, with no scratches, wear, or alterations.
- All original packaging must be used when returning items, including: gift box, presentation case, dust bag, protective padding, and any certificates such as a diamond grading report or appraisal.
Packing the package:
- Place this box inside a larger shipping box.
- Cushion with bubble wrap or packing pellets to prevent movement.
- Seal the shipping box with high-quality packaging tape.
Security Guidelines
- Do not write “Jewelry,” “Diamond,” or any content description on the outer box.
- We strongly recommend double-boxing for added security and discreet shipping.
- Attach the shipping label securely to the outer box.
3. Ship Your Return
- Return via a reputable courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) using a tracked and insured service.
- Ship from a staffed courier location — please avoid drop boxes.
- Retain your receipt and tracking number for reference.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return package, our quality assessment team will review the item. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method. For credit card refunds, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
