USPS First class shipping to a U.S. domestic, including P.O. box and APO/FPO address, is free, and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days.

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days for all in-stock items unless your order is on credit review or a special order, which might cause a delay.

Returns

Caratina jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations, but we understand that when it comes to design, there is a chance we might have a difference of opinion; hence, we offer a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your package. Send us back the items in brand new condition with the tags attached and original packaging, and once we receive the package back, we will refund you in full. Please note that if items are worn, damaged, or altered in any way, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
