Gary & Corinne

We’d been hiking most of the morning, following the sound of water until we found the little waterfall tucked between mossy rocks. The air was cool and damp, and the sunlight barely made it through the trees.
I told him we should take a selfie before heading back. He leaned in, smiling, and that’s when I held up my hand. The ring caught the light just under the treeline, and for a second he just stared — then he started laughing.
We sat on a rock by the water, letting the sound of the falls fill the silence between us. The ring is simple, classic, and somehow feels like it belongs to this place — solid, timeless, and a little wild.
Every time I look at it, I remember the smell of the moss, the way our breath hung in the air, and how the trail home felt different after that.
